✔️ You will get 5 workouts for each difficulty level (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) for a total of 15 workouts.
You can progress to the next difficulty level once you have successfully completed all the previous workouts.
✔️ You will also access a six-week workout plan for complete beginners who still need to learn push-ups or pull-ups, so anyone can move on to the 15 workouts I mentioned above.
You will train for about 45 minutes for each workout, without equipment. You'll only need a place to hang, like a bar or a door.
✔️ In just under two months, you'll have the strength to approach skills like the planche and progress without plateaus if you follow the instructions I give you.
